Travel Soccer Coach

The Travel Soccer Coach is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality training sessions and leading players in league and tournament play across fall, winter, and spring seasons. This role requires the ability to create a well-organized, safe, and engaging environment that fosters player development and love of the game. The coach will implement the club’s curriculum and training methodology, provide clear and constructive feedback to players and families, and maintain professional, timely communication with all stakeholders.


Ideal candidates will bring experience coaching or playing soccer, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a commitment to continuous professional growth, including pursuing coaching licensure through recognized organizations such as US Soccer Federation (USSF), United Soccer Coaches (USC), or UEFA. Participation in club activities, coaching education sessions, and community programs is expected. Compensation is competitive and standardized across the Travel Program.
