1. Promote self-esteem toward the children you are coaching, do not belittle or put them down.

2. Please do not use obscene words or gestures toward anyone either at practice or on the sidelines of a game.

3. Play all children on your team, winning is not the purpose of Blue Ridge Youth Soccer.

4. Please do not question a referee’s call during the game, especially in front of the players. If you have a question regarding a call, wait until half time or after the game is over.

5. Remember this is a recreational soccer league, for the enjoyment of playing a sport as a team and learning about soccer.
